Exchange and Return Policy

The store offers its customers the possibility to make exchanges or returns of products purchased through our online store within seven (7) business days (business days are from Monday to Friday; weekends and holidays do not apply) from the date of delivery of the product. From Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, you can email us at contact@dimont_warehouse.com or reach our customer service line at +51 300 000 000, specifying the following information:

•   Exchange method
•   Full name
•   ID number
•   Order number
•   Order date
•   Contact number
•   Product

We will respond with the appropriate procedure and confirm whether the request is approved according to the policies, terms, and conditions established by the store.

It is important to note that the store is not obligated to exchange, replace, or refund for reasons attributable to the customer, in accordance with the store's Limited Warranty Certificate.

General Conditions:

• Customers have up to seven (7) business days after receiving the product to request exchanges or returns. After this period, no exchange or return requests will be accepted.

• If the product has not been used or tested, it must be returned in its original condition, including tags, accessories, packaging or box in undamaged condition, and original manuals in good condition. Otherwise, the customer’s return or exchange request will not be accepted.

• If the customer opens or tests the product, they are responsible for returning it complete and in good packaging condition if requesting a refund. If the product is not returned complete, or if the box is damaged or missing, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.

• In Lima and provinces, products will be collected by the store's authorized courier service. The customer will be responsible for covering all associated costs, including collection, shipping, and administrative fees.

• If the product is to be exchanged, the process will take a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days for Lima and thirty (30) calendar days for provinces, starting from when the product is picked up from the customer's address. Calendar days include weekends and holidays.

• If a refund is issued under any circumstance, it will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.

• In cases where the customer requests to exchange the product for a different one, they will be responsible for covering additional shipping or transport costs if the new product has a higher price or weight. If the new product is cheaper or lighter, the corresponding refund will be made to the customer.

• It is essential to have the documentation (receipt/invoice) in order to process a return.

• Products on sale or discounted in our "OFFERS" section are not eligible for exchanges. These products may be remanufactured or discontinued, which means the legal warranty will not apply.

• Refunds are only possible for products with regular prices. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

• The accuracy of the information provided in the return request is crucial, as we are not responsible for incorrect or false information.

• The authorized courier service for product collection is not authorized to disassemble or alter the product under any circumstances; their sole responsibility is to collect the product.

• If the product is not in its original packaging, no collection will be made.

• You can only request an exchange for the product once.

Product Delivery Error:

• If the delivered product is incorrect, you have seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date to report the error and request an exchange by sending an email to contact@dimont_warehouse.com, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

• Once the email is received, we will analyze the case and confirm if it was a store error. If so, the store will cover the cost of collecting the incorrect product and shipping the correct product.

Warranty Terms and Post-Sales Support:

• If the product develops technical issues after seven (7) business days from delivery, the procedure outlined in the store's Limited Warranty Certificate will be followed.
